Services included: Cleaning of common areas • Removal of municipal waste from common areas of the park • Repair and maintenance of common areas in the park, such as snow removal from common roads • Operating costs for public areas, including street lights, etc. • Systems of road markings throughout the park • Green arrangement and maintenance of the common areas, repairs and maintenance of the sewage, drainage and waste water installations in the common areas.
